Norhafizah Md Shariff

Hafizah Shariff is the Chief Financial Officer of Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), where her leadership extends across finance, enterprise transformation, data and organisational effectiveness.

As part of BSN’s senior leadership, she is closely involved in shaping how the Bank evolves its business and operating model to remain relevant, resilient and sustainable, while continuing to deliver on its national mandate of advancing financial inclusion.

This mandate shares common ground with the broader aspirations of Islamic finance — widening access, supporting economic participation and creating sustainable value for society.

Her work brings together strategy, transformation and execution, with a particular interest in how financial institutions can harness technology, data and new ways of working to broaden access and deliver sustainable impact at scale.
