Ahmed Emre Buyukkilic

Ahmed Emre Buyukkilic is an FDI (foreign direct investment) and international business development professional with over 15 years of experience at Invest Türkiye. He has advised leading conglomerates, sovereign funds, and multinationals on cross-border investments, facilitated M&A and JV projects, and led investment promotion activities across Korea, Japan, and ASEAN markets having spent 7 years in Singapore prior to the UAE.

Currently based in the UAE, he heads the Abu Dhabi office of the Investment and Finance Office, fostering strategic partnerships and new investment flows and bilateral economic relations between Türkiye and the Gulf region.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management from Bahcesehir University, and a Diploma in IT from the Informatics Academy of Singapore.
