Syamsul Azuan Ahmad Fauzi

Encik Syamsul Azuan graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Accounting), Lincoln University, New Zealand in 1998. He obtained professional qualification / license from Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia and is a Chartered Banker issued by Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). He is also a Chartered Member from Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIFP). He has also completed a Global Banking Leaders Programme from Bayes Business School, City, University of London. Encik Syamsul Azuan has over 26 years of working exposure in the corporate sectors as well as Islamic banking, of which over 8 years he was attached to several Islamic banks in the Middle East. He held several senior management role prior to joining Public Islamic Bank as Chief Executive Officer in February 2019.
